If you change your mind about the order, please submit the return request within 14 days of receiving the order. Note that these are calendar days. ABCDRESS will assist you throughout the process.
Initiate a Return: Email service@abcdress.com with your order number and photos of the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will review your request within 3 business days. Once approved, items must be shipped back within 14 working days using a trackable service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL).
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned dress. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account..
All custom fit orders are tailor-made to your specifications. We can't resell a custom-fit order to another customer. Therefore, ABCDRESS will not accept returns for custom-fit orders unless there is a quality issue.
Once your order is shipped, ABCDRESS will send an email with the tracking number and carrier link. You can also check your order status in "My Account".
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time. For standard items, processing usually takes 10-15 business days, and shipping takes 5-15 business days.
ABCDRESS currently accepts PayPal, Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), and Klarna/Afterpay in supported regions.
